Meditation

Historians believe that meditation was already widely practiced even before recorded history, particularly amongst the first Indian civilizations that emerged at the banks of the Indus and the Ganges.

The best guess is that meditation has been in existence for as long as 5,000 years.

Throughout recorded history Indian artefacts reveal the existence of a Meditation called “Trantra” dating back 5000 years.

As we look through history at different cultures evidence of meditation practice can be found throughout the world.
